Place a stack of mail on the scale and send them through one at a time. PostBase pro calculates the postage for each piece. The 15 lb standard scale provides precision weighing for thick letters or small packages.
SEAL CHECK SENSOR
The PostBase pro checks every envelope flap that goes through the sealer ensuring security and confidentiality.
LABEL DISPENSER
The built-in label dispenser makes sending thicker mail and packages convenient. Weigh the package on the scale and press print label. It’s as simple as that.

HIGH SPEED WEIGHING
The dynamic scale recognizes envelope size and shape on-the-fly. The PostBase pro DS can process up to 90 letters per minute of mixed mail.
ANTI-SKEW ROLLERS
With the anti-skew rollers you can drop your mail in and not worry if it is perfectly aligned. The PostBase pro DS aligns the mail to prevent stoppages.
SEAL CHECK SENSOR
The PostBase pro DS checks every envelope flap that goes through the sealer, ensuring security and confidentiality.
EZ TILT TOUCHSCREEN
The PostBase pro DS features a large full-color touchscreen that easily adjusts to six ergonomically optimal positions. This allows you to stand comfortably and still easily see the screen.

HIGH CAPACITY LETTER STACKING
​Designed for business, PostBase ONE has high capacity letter feeding options as well as high capacity power stacking capabilities. The postal Vertical Feeder feature allows you to load the PostBase ONE with a variety of envelope sizes. Fast, simple and easy to operate from it’s color touchscreen, PostBase ONE uses smartphone technology and an icon driven menu that you are already familiar with making it one of the most technologically advanced Postage Meter on the market.
​​DYNAMIC, EXTERNAL SCALE
The external scale is accurate and durable, allowing you to weigh packages up to 15 pounds. The dynamic scale can weigh up to 100 letters per minute while analyzing the weight and shape of the mail piece.
​SEALING TECHNOLOGY
The power presser feature ensure all of your envelopes are sealed and secure by pressing the envelope tightly closed. This gives the perfect seal on all of your envelopes ensuring complete security and confidentiality.
